You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Approved returns are issued as a Fashion Pov e-gift card or exchange only.
Ensure the item is new, unworn, and with all original tags and labels attached.
We recommend using your local postal service and obtaining a tracking number.
Fashion Pov is unable to take responsibility for packages lost in transit.
Where To Send Your Return:
Returns require prior authorization. Once your return is approved through the Returns Portal or by emailing help@fashionpov.com, we’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.
Faulty Items:
Report faulty items within 7 days of receiving them.
If you received an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Return Requirements:
The returned package must reach us within 14 business days of the delivery date.
Sale items and orders placed with a promo code follow the same return policy, unless marked Final Sale.
Once your return is received and approved, the e-gift card will be sent to the email address used on the order.
All items must be new, unworn, and free of stains, tears, unpleasant odors, or other signs of wear.
All items must have their original tags.
Price adjustments cannot be made for items purchased at a discounted price.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Swimwear can only be returned if the original hygiene plastic is intact.
Underwear cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items received in poor condition, including makeup stains, odors, damage, or other signs of wear, are not eligible for an e-gift card or exchange.
You can cancel an order within 4 hours of placing it.
Orders placed with a gift card are not returnable or exchangeable.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
